  7. BibCard is a database program to control BibTeX files. These are files
  8. with references to articles, books, conferences etc. and are used in
  9. combination with LaTeX.
  10.  
  11. It requires minimal v2.04 (kickstart V37) of the operating system. It has
  12. been written and tested under v3.1 (V40), but should run under 2.04 and
  13. higher. There were no enforcer hits during the final stage
  14.

  16. BibCard has the following features:
  17.  
  18.   - BibCard opens on the Workbench, a public screen or his
  19.     own (public) screen.
  20.  
  21.   - It can handle multiple bib files at once. It opens for
  22.     every bib file a new window.
  23.  
  24.   - It has an Annotation option.
  25.  
  26.   - It has an @preamble option
  27.  
  28.   - It supports @string entries.
  29.  
  30.   - Every entry that is unknown for this version of BibCard
  31.     will be stored and saved, but is not (yet) editable.

  33.   - For every entry and field is some help, explaining where
  34.     it is used for.
  35.  
  36.   - It can read "" and {} pair's for field delimeters.

  38.   - Sensitive help.
